Trump Orders Flags at Half-Staff in Honor of Pope Francis

In his official proclamation, Trump stated that this directive applies to all public buildings and grounds, as well as military posts, naval stations, and naval vessels operated by the Federal Government. This observance will remain in effect until sunset on the day of interment.
